Where the Fire Stays Lit
Transformation happens at the ALTAR.
ALTAR is the sacred rhythm that helps Covenant Members walk daily in alignment, identity, and power.
You don’t have to do it perfectly. You just have to return.
ALTAR: A Daily Lifestyle of Worship and Alignment
- Begin the day with intention
- Scripture, prayer, or breathwork
- Ask: “What is God calling me to become today?”
- Move the body and drink water
- Stretch, walk, or breathe deeply outdoors
- Step into the sunlight
- Nourish the body with whole, healing foods
- Eat slowly and mindfully
- Use herbal tea, microgreens, or fresh food as medicine
- Pause midday or evening for stillness
- Journal, reflect, or sit quietly with God
- Ask: “Where was I aligned today? Where did I drift?”
- End the day with confession and restoration
- Release emotions, forgive, repent if needed
- Pray: “God, keep the flame burning in me.”
